Splendor Epitome

The 20 story high-rise office design is a result of in-depth study of the limitations of a site which is sloping about 3 meters from one end to another. The design takes advantage of the triangular plot and maximizing the views from inside, and resolves the steep slope change by providing retail at the ground site elevations, and a lobby and public park area accessed from the lowest site elevation at the rear side. The pushed out terraces at different levels is distinct in its horizon individuality and denotes the site as a point of interest and destination.
